Who we are

Premier Consultancy & Investigation Pvt. Ltd. (“Premier”, “we”, “us”), IInd Floor, C-147, Lajpat Nagar-1, New Delhi 110024, India, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: infodesk@premier-consultancy.com

What we collect and why

  • Enquiry form: your name, email, phone, organisation, message, and whether you agreed to marketing emails. We use these to reply to your enquiry and, only if you opted in, to send you updates.
  • Server logs: IP address and request details, used to keep the site secure and working.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type and session recordings) so we can improve it. These tools, and any embedded videos, set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is: replying to your enquiry, because you asked us to; marketing, your consent; security and analytics, our legitimate interest in running a secure, usable website. If you do not give the details the form asks for, we may not be able to reply.

If you are being verified for one of our clients

We process your information on that client’s instructions and under the authorisation collected for that check. Please contact that client first. You may also contact our Grievance Officer below.

Sharing and storage

We share personal information only with service providers that host our website, run our email and customer records, and provide the analytics above, acting on our instructions, or where the law requires. These providers may store data in India or abroad, under their own data-protection commitments.

We do not sell or share your personal information.

Security

We use reasonable security practices to protect the information we hold, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and restricted access to our mailbox and customer records.

Retention

If no engagement follows, we delete enquiry details 24 months after we receive them. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep information longer only where the law requires.

Your rights

You may:

  • ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (for example, by unsubscribing);
  • nominate someone to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
  • complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
